One 90-minute session.
Great for help with a simple issue or goal, if you'd like to vibe check my coaching style before booking a package, or as a check-in after completing a package.

Three coaching sessions: First session 90-minutes then two 60-minute sessions.
A great way to build coaching momentum and see progress between sessions regardless of where you’re at in your journey.
Could be spaced fortnightly or monthly to get support through 1-3 cycles.
(This package is named after the 3 stars of Orion’s Belt, my favourite stars to find in the night sky) -
Five coaching sessions: First session 90-minutes then four 60-minute sessions.
Just like the three-session package, but bigger! Great if you'd like to have more frequent sessions over 2-3 months to work deeply on an issue, or stretch them out to get support for longer.
(This package is named after a nickname for November’s full moon)

Coaching is a process that helps individuals achieve their life goals and create a more positive future. It is:
Client driven - you decide what goals to focus on and I ask questions to encourage reflection and insight to help you achieve those goals. You complete actions between sessions to move towards those goals.
A partnership of equals - there is no power hierarchy like in mentoring, training or therapy.
Future focussed - we work with your present life to create the future you desire.
Voluntary - you’re here because you want to be.
You are the expert in your life and coaching is a supportive and encouraging process that uses your knowledge and strengths to help you better understand your current situation, broaden your horizons for the future, be open to possibilities and guide you towards effective, often creative, solutions to your problems.

For coaching to work you must be willing and open to being coached and making changes in pursuit of your goals and dreams.
Coaching with Next Month Coaching may be a good fit if:
You’re trying to conceive and it’s not going as smoothly as you’d hoped. It’s started impacting your job, relationships or physical and mental health.
You haven’t started trying yet but know the journey might be challenging (PCOS, solo parenting, etc.) and want to prepare with confidence.
You’ve been putting off planning or buying things, waiting for pregnancy to happen, but time is passing and life feels uncertain and on hold.
You’ve been trying for a while and are unsure how much longer you want or can keep going.
You need someone to talk to about your journey but want to keep it private from friends and family.
Coaching with Next Month Coaching may not be a good fit if:
You want someone to give you all the answers - I ask questions because the answers are within you (think: Simba learning from his past).
You’re seeking medical advice - I don’t provide that; coaching complements, not replaces, qualified medical support.
You’re struggling deeply and a psychologist would be a better fit - your GP can arrange a referral for you.
You expect coaching will get you pregnant - if any life coach says they can guarantee pregnancy, it’s a sham.

Coaching sessions are delivered by video call (virtual) using Google Hangouts - no account is needed it’s just a web link you can access on a smartphone or computer. Phone call sessions are available on request but not recommended for the first session.

You choose how often you’d like to meet and can book an appointment through my website or by emailing me. Most clients book their sessions 2-4 weeks apart. I’d recommend not more than 4 weeks between sessions.

Payment can be made by direct bank deposit. Once you’ve confirmed how many sessions you’d like I will email an invoice with any relevant discounts applied. Payment plans are also available - just let me know if you’d like to set one up.
